Here’s what you can expect when you work with me.

  • Nutrition Support & CNSC Preparation

  • Specialized Coaching in Critical Care Nutrition

  • Clinical Nutrition Support in Oncology

  • Tailored Guidance for Career Growth & Professional Development

  • A Supportive, Judgment‑Free Learning Environment

My coaching style is deeply rooted in the years I’ve spent practicing clinical nutrition across diverse patient populations and at high levels of acuity. Over time, I learned that becoming a confident dietitian doesn’t come from textbooks alone, it comes from guided experience, real‑world problem‑solving, and the mentorship many of us wish we had earlier in our careers.

I’ve spent the last decade working in high‑acuity hospital settings, leading nutrition support services, and mentoring dietitians across multiple health systems. From critical care to oncology to complex parenteral nutrition, my roles as a Lead Clinical Dietitian and Clinical Nutrition Support Coordinator have given me deep, hands‑on expertise with some of the most challenging patient populations.

Over the years, I’ve supported countless students, interns, and new clinicians—helping them build confidence, sharpen their clinical skills, and navigate real‑world practice. Coaching is a natural extension of that work, and it’s why I’m passionate about guiding dietitians to meet career and personal goals.
